- All dog waste is collected using biodegradable bags. Waste can be securely placed in the customer’s own waste bin as standard. For an additional £3 per visit, we also offer off-site removal, where waste is taken to an approved waste disposal facility for environmentally responsible disposal.
- We operate in most weather conditions and will attend scheduled visits rain or shine. However, for safety reasons, services may be postponed during severe weather, including storms, very heavy rain, or strong winds. If a visit needs to be rescheduled, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
- Very long grass or snow can sometimes make waste difficult to spot. If this occurs, any missed waste will be taken care of at the next scheduled visit when visibility improves.
- If you will not be home during your scheduled visit, please ensure safe and clear access to the garden is available so the service can be carried out as planned.
- Dogs must be securely restrained or kept indoors during the visit to allow safe access to the garden.
- We primarily cover the East Leeds area. Services outside this area may be available by arrangement.
