Payment
We’ll send you a message when we’re on the way so you can secure pets indoors and your clean can run smoothly. An invoice will be sent the day before your visit to make payment simple and stress-free. Payment is due on or before arrival before the clean begins, and we accept cash, card, or bank transfer.
No contracts — start, stop, or pause your service anytime.
If your garden builds up waste or your service is paused for more than two weeks, an Initial Clean fee may apply before regular visits resume.

If access cannot be gained on the scheduled visit due to locked gates or unsafe conditions, the visit may still be chargeable.
